Branch Sales Executive (BSE)

1. Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s products like savings accounts, fixed deposits, and loans.

2. Product Cross-Selling: Promote additional products such as insurance, credit cards, and investment products to existing customers.

3. Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets for products and services.

4. Customer Service: Handle customer queries and provide assistance for banking needs.

5. Market Research: Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and market trends.

Senior Sales Executive (SSE)

1. Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales executives, set targets, and guide them to achieve their goals.

2. Portfolio Management: Manage a larger portfolio of clients, building long-term customer relationships.

3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance product penetration and maximize revenue.

4. Training & Mentorship: Train junior sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

5. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and company standards.
