The HDFC Life Smart Achievers Program is a unique training initiative aimed at developing future leaders in the insurance sector. It is a collaboration between HDFC Life and Manipal Global Education Services. The program blends theoretical learning with practical exposure, offering a Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance (PGDI). It features a 12-month curriculum: 4 months Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) Two-month on-site training at any HDFC Life office and Six-month internship at any HDFC Life office
Program Highlights
This is a 12 month Post Graduate Certificate in Life Insurance program (PGCLI), which involves:
Four months of virtual classroom training (VLC) online with Manipal.
Two months of on-the-job training with HDFC Life with monthly stipend of ₹5,000
Six months internship with HDFC Life with a stipend of ₹20,000*per month along with performance-based incentives**

Job Roles in HDFC Life:
1. Agency: You will guide and manage a team of agents (Financial Consultants) who sell insurance plans directly to customers.
2. Bancassurance: You will work at a bank branch alongside the bank’s staff to help sell insurance plans to the bank’s customers.
3. Direct Sales: You will interact directly with customers, explaining and selling HDFC Life insurance products to them.
Eligibility
All graduates are welcome to apply ( Age upto 30 years).
Selection
Shortlisted students have to undergo an aptitude test online and an interview thereafter, to get selected for the program.
