Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Home Loan Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers for home loans.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
  • Collect and verify required documents for loan applications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and build relationships with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Skills Required:

  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of home loan products and financial services.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

2) Multipurpose Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell multiple banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.
  • Identify potential customers and conduct field visits.
  • Cross-sell different financial products based on customer needs.
  • Assist customers with documentation and application processes.
  • Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills Required:

  • Versatile sales ability across multiple banking products.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial services.
