Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
- Visit and onboard new and existing clients.
- Understand client processes, shipment handling, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and share the FCX report with stakeholders before starting pickups.
- Monitor pickups for the first 15 days for a smooth experience.
- Customize FM and get approvals from stakeholders.
- Review FM performance, collect feedback, and resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure a 95% successful pickup rate daily.
- Conduct pickup review meetings to address failures.
- Execute same-day pickups with timely dispatches and issue resolution.
- Analyze past performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate datasets by verifying contact details and cleaning junk PURs.
