- Identify potential customers for business with guidance from Supervisor/Manager.
- Collect and validate customer documents as per organization norms.
- Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow disbursement procedures.
- Achieve the required sanction ratio as per company standards.
- Meet customer needs and cross-sell multiple products under supervision.
- Assist in empaneling new vendors and developing relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations with managerial support.
- Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline.
